What we collect

If you request the free chapter, we collect your email address so we can send the chapter and one message when the full edition is ready. We also collect anonymous usage statistics (page views and button clicks) through PostHog. We do not send email addresses or form text to analytics.

Why

Email is used only for the playbook double opt-in, the free chapter, and the launch notice. Analytics help understand which projects people open. Analytics run with in-memory persistence (no tracking cookies), so there is no consent banner for that.

Where it is stored

Email and mailing lists are handled by our email provider (Resend). The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Analytics are processed by PostHog. Confirm links use a short-lived signed token; we do not publish raw emails in URLs after confirmation.

How to unsubscribe

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to [email protected] and ask to be removed.
